Supplies and Tools:
Blue painters tape
Metal paint scraper
Paint brush 1-inch
Stucco paint (provided by customer)
White primer
Mr. Arjun (Warrior-Prince of the Mahabharata) Gupta noticed my advertisement in the San Bernardino newspaper. Mr. Gupta wanted a door edge cleaned up and painted.

Below are the five steps to repair a patio door edge repair.

Step 1: Fig.1 shows a metal scraper is used to remove flaking paint.

Step 2: Fig.2 shows the application blue tape on the area of the door jamb not to be painted with white primer.
Step 3: After the primer has dried, now is the time to apply the silicone caulking. Fig.3 shows that caulking is being applied to the gap between the stucco and the wood frame.

Step 4: Fig.4 through fig.6 shows the next step is to paint the stucco edge.

Step 5: Fig.7 shows the completed door and wood frame. Now Mr. Gupta can enjoy his patio door again without paint flaking all over the floor.
