How to Tightened a Metal Decorative Bar Stool Foot

Supplies and Tools:
Nail polish - clear 

Mrs black counter chairs has a missing foot. My service was near her neighborhood to quickly re-apply the missing foot.

This post shows the five steps on repairing this counter chairs.

Step 1: Fig.1 shows that the counter chair has a missing foot. Notice there is a gap between the tile floor and the leg. 
Step 2: Fig.2 shows what the foot looks like, a round rubber bottom with a metal screw out the other side. The screw is mounted on the bottom side of the metal leg.

Step 3: Fig.3 shows the leg and where the foot is placed. Notice the hole on the bottom part of the leg. The hole has threads to take on the metal screw.

Step 4: Fig.4 through fig.6 shows the clear nail polish that will be used to secure the foot to the chair. There are many ways to tightened the foot to the chair leg, but this is one of the less expensive ways and it secures the metal threads into the metal foot. Fig.6 shows the application of the nail polish on the foot threads.

Step 5: Fig.7 shows the finish product. The foot is screwed into the metal leg and the nail polish will keep the foot on the chair leg. Fig.8 shows the stool ready for use.
