How to Install a Bedroom Bed

Mrs O had a day bed and removed to the trash.

This post show the nine steps on how to install a new full bed into a small bedroom.

Step 1: Fig.1 shows the bed kit which includes the header board, the footer board, two side rails and five mattress boards.
Step 2: Fig.2 shows the head of the bed.

Step 3: Fig.3 shows the foot side.

Step 4: Fig.4 and fig.5 shows that the bed rails are inserted into the head board and the foot board. Now its time to add the bed planks that will hold the box spring and mattress.

Step 5: Fig.6 shows the bed planks are placed evenly on the bed rails to hold the box spring and mattress.

Step 6: Fig.7 shows the white box spring placed on top of the bed rails.

Step 7: Fig.8 shows the top portion of the bed is the mattress and fig.9 shows the bed is ready for the sheets.

Step 8: Fig.10 shows that sliders were placed on each leg of the bed for easier carpet cleaning.

Step 9: Fig.11 shows the the removal the metal bed frame to the garage.
