How to Caulk Bathroom Linoleum Floor

Silicon latex caulking


This was a commercial job, the owner looked up my advertisement on the Internet and gave me a call. The job was located in Anaheim, California. The bathroom linoleum was peeling up at the baseboards and the property manager, wanted to fill the cracks with silicon latex caulking.

This post shows the three steps to caulking a bathroom linoleum floor.

Step 1: Above right fig.1 shows a caulking gun. Read my post on "How Do You Open Caulking Tubes?" This post will show you how to open the caulking tubes.

Step 2: Once the post is read then follow the steps below. Fig.2 and fig.3 shows  the caulking into the channel between the floor and the baseboards.

Step 3: Fig.4 and fig.5 shows the finished project, the edges were sealed and the floor looked good and ready for new renters.
